We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in suspicious activity, or violate these Terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to modify product prices, availability, discounts, or promotional offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully confirmed, except where required by applicable law.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. By placing an order, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorise the applicable payment amount for your purchase.
We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers, technical issues, or unauthorised transactions beyond our reasonable control.
4. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, mockups, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images may include digital mockups or representations of the final product. Actual products may have minor variations in colour, print placement, size, or appearance due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturing conditions.
Because our products are made to order, slight variations may occur between individual production batches.
If we discover an error in product information, pricing, availability, or other website content, we reserve the right to correct the information and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and issue an applicable refund.
5. Made-to-Order Products
Gods and Devils operates on a made-to-order basis.
Products are produced and printed specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as ready-to-ship inventory.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your product may enter production shortly after the order is received.
This made-to-order model allows us to produce products specifically for customers and helps us avoid unnecessary inventory and excess production.
6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been successfully confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, shipping limitations, or violations of these Terms.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 20 hours of placing an order.
After the 20-hour cancellation period, the order may have entered production or been packed for dispatch.
Once an order has entered production or has been packed, it cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference.
If an eligible cancellation is approved within the permitted cancellation period and payment has already been processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed.
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
Express Delivery: Estimated delivery within 4–6 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to the carrier’s policies and operational timelines.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because Gods and Devils products are made to order and printed specifically for each purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Customers should carefully review the size chart provided on the relevant product page before placing an order.
Customers may contact us regarding products that are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied
- Significantly misprinted
- Affected by a manufacturing defect
Such issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product and the reported issue for verification.
If a replacement or refund is approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of the case.
Approved refunds will be processed within 2–4 business days after approval. The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reject claims involving misuse, intentional damage, excessive wear, washing or alteration of the product, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the return and refund policy.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our website or services for:
- Any unlawful activity
- Fraudulent transactions
- Attempting unauthorised access to our systems or customer data
- Uploading harmful software or malicious code
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct
