Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Standard Delivery
Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.

Express Delivery
Express orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided to you so you can track your shipment.

One important distinction: the 5–7 and 4–6 days should mean delivery time after processing, not the total time from ordering, otherwise customers can interpret the promise differently.
