Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a smooth experience shopping with us. Since many of our products are made-to-order and print-on-demand, we handle returns and replacements carefully to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.

Please read our policy below before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We currently do not accept general returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor color or print variations caused by screen differences

However, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product
  • Defective or misprinted item
  • Product significantly different from the order placed

To qualify, the issue must be reported within the eligible timeframe mentioned below.


2. Return / Replacement Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a replacement or refund.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for support.


3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To initiate a request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Process and Timing

If a refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing may take [3-4 BUSINESS DAYS]
  • Banking timelines may vary depending on your payment provider

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Store credit

Depending on availability and verification.


5. Exchange Options

Eligible products may qualify for:

  • Size exchange (A small fee to be applied for shipping)
  • Replacement for damaged/incorrect items
  • Store credit in certain situations

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative solution, such as store credit or refund may be offered.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear images/videos for verification
  • Do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is reviewed

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Limited edition items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/discounted products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Washed, worn, or used items

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by:

  • Wrong item shipped
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product

we may cover the return/replacement shipping cost where applicable.

For all other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping fees paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within [24 HOURS] after placement.

Once production or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible because many of our items are made-to-order.


10. Important Note About Product Appearance

Please note that product images displayed on the website are mockups and illustrative representations. Actual colors, print placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting
  • Printing process
  • Fabric/material differences

Minor variations are not considered defects.
